Go Fish! Guide Service specializes in teaching the joy of fly fishing. If you have always wanted to learn to fly fish or extend your skills, here is your chance. Choose one of the options below to enjoy this rewarding and captivating sport.
For the novice:
In our half day session you will learn the basics of setting up a fly fishing outfit, learn fly selection, basic entomology, the basics of fly casting and cast for fish in a local river. In the full day version, we build on the basics by practicing your casting skills while fishing in a pond or river. Gear is provided for both sessions and lunch on full day trips. Both sessions are led by an experienced Maine Guide. This is the perfect experience for the entry level aspiring fly fisherman.
For more experienced anglers:
We offer full or half days trips, in some of Maine's most beautiful waters, to wade or float for trout or bass.
