My name is George Manolov. I was born and raised under Eastern Orthodox influence, however because of the repression of a communist regime, my family did not practice religion, in fact I knew nothing of who Jesus was and what He did for us. This was sad, but in a way it was a blessing. Because of it I had no strong ties to any beliefs, I had an open mind when it comes to religion. After I immigrated to Canada in the 1990, I became naturally curious about the many churches I saw in this land and I started visiting different congregations. Along with this great experience of meeting so many different people, I became acquainted with what they believe in. This was also a blessing and an eye opener at the same time, it encouraged me to study the bible on my own, because I quickly realized that different ministers had different answers to the same question. I presently worship and fellowship with a group local believers, but I don't hold a membership in any church. I consider myself a non-denominational believer and a follower of Jesus Christ, excited to share the good news of the gospel with anyone who's willing to put differences aside and study the bible prayerfully and with an open heart. This is the purpose of this website. I will continue to research, study and write on one topic at a time, in hope that if I can help one person to find salvation and freedom in Jesus, it would be worth my effort. Christ said "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32). It is my greatest desire that you and I find this promised freedom. May all praise and glory be to God! Yours In Christ, George |
