Reich Landser
Reich Landser consists of a few likeminded individuals with a common interest in the history of the Second World War. Our roots date back to May 2008 which at that time was initially the first of it’s kind on the island of Ireland to specialise in replicating the German Army (Deutsche Heer) in a Living History & Re-enactment context. Since 2008 we’ve been focused on portraying elements of German frontline soldiers from two fronts of the war, primarily the infantry soldiers of the Elite Grossdeutschland Division who played a definitive role in the war with Russia from 1941-45.
Secondly, we specialise in elements from the 916th Regiment of the 352. Infanterie Division/352. Volksgrenadier Division who's first encounter with the Western Allied Armies came on the morning of D-Day 6th June 1944 .
