 No Dogs at the Dairy Goat Festival The Spindale Dairy Goat Festival is an annual event where
Dairy Goat Farmers invest time, money and love for their animals to compete
safely and efficiently. The judging
process requires that the goats be calm and confident in the show ring. It is our policy to make sure they are
comfortable and protected.
Fear and Flight are a natural response of goats to any PERCIEVED PREDATOR, regardless of your pet’s good behavior.
PLEASE understand why we have to adhere to this policy throughout the Festival Grounds, Parade Route and Parking Areas. Also, it is not allowed to leave any pets in vehicles or the bed of any trucks. This No Dog, No Pets policy will be enforced by the Police Department.
