The integrated curriculum at GMNS is a child oriented and developmentally appropriate curriculum designed to foster the awareness of self and nurture the development of a positive self-image. Our curriculum is based upon the growth needs of each particular group of children. It is a combination of experiences which stimulate intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies and Social Development are explored through literature, music, art and physical activities. It is important to remember that during any given activity many components of the entire curriculum are linked together. |
