Unfateful GULAM YEZDANI who was blamed as an Anti-National and Anti-Social element by the Police and Intelligence, was brutally killed in an Fake Encounter on the ourskirts of New Delhi.

Biography of Gulam Yezdani< xml="true" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" prefix="o" namespace="">
Gulam Yezdani a name honored by lacks of Muslim community with a great respect for his sacrificing of his life for the cause of justice in the guidelines of Allah.
As the proverb proves
“THE BLOOD OF A MARTYER AND THE INK OF A SCHOLOR IS EQUAL IN THE EYES OF HEAVEN”.
The martyers have a direct access to the heaven.
Yezdani was born on 21-8-1978 in a middle class family I his father a government teacher took care of my son. He was put into a Christian missionary institution St. Alphonsus high school, Nalgonda. Which was then a famous private school. Every one was proud of getting admission in such school. By birth he was quite innocent and reserved mentality. All the teachers of school liked him very much. His goodness effected on his parents too. The principal once called me and told that one day he would become a noble and popular person.
He was continuing his studies up to SSC in the same institution and got faith from the principal. After getting first class result I took him to < xml="true" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" prefix="st1" namespace="">Guntur district for his admission in to intermediate in a private institution with MPC group he did not bare the separation from his parents and pleaded me to shift from Guntur. I took him to Hyderabad and attended the entrance level for LFJC Little Flower Junior College, the named Christian minority institution in the Hyderabad city. By the grace of almighty Allah he got admission in intermediate first year in the year 1994. he completed his intermediate in April 1996 in first division and appeared EAMCET. For his bad luck this EAMCET was cancelled by the Govt. of A.P. for the cause of ranking controversy. Thus it was the first disappointment of his life, he became very dull and felt a lot. Adding to his dullness I was operated to tongue as cancer affected to my tongue that was the great shock to him.
His good performance in LFJC lead to his younger brother Gulam Rabbani admission. Everybody of my family members expressed their astonish at both sons admissions in such a famous college. Since then the bad days started and he had felt ill. Typhoid affected him and he had become psychologically and mentally weak. My family difficulties started when I was operated and he the eldest son of my family was unable to take care of his mother and younger brothers. For his fortune my operation was success and again he stepped on the right track. He appeared for the next EAMCET and got admission in BE CIVIL in Deccan Engineering College, Hyderabad. Up to this level he was a first class student I relaxed myself.
Unexpectedly he did not appear the annual examination of BE first year saying that some of his college matter threatened his life. For my surprise Task force cops attacked my home in Nalgonda in the second week of February 2000, and lifted Yezdani and did not say any thing. I became restless and started from Nalgonda to Hyderabad but could not find him. After a great struggle I came to know that he was under illegal custody of Police. When I questioned the cops that why did they kept my son in their illegal custody, they did not reply me and said that they will soon release him. After the illegal custody with brutal torture for one month he was produced to the court charging that he was involved in the local medical shop owner’s murder case. Which was absolutely false and was proved by the court. And after the imprisonment of eleven months he was acquitted with a clean chit. He realized and wanted to lead a peaceful life but the brutal police did not allow him to do so. They were following him saying that they would kill him, if he leaked out his brutal torture during the illegal custody. Again he was thrown in to Dilemma weather to Live or to Die. In this Dilemma he left home with out informing me, I again became distress and agony of my sons bothered me.
After two days he telephoned me and was expressing grief over his leaving. He told that if he would be here in Hyderabad the Police would kill him. When I asked why? He said let me lead peaceful life. I do not know from where he telephoned me, I was not aware of his whereabouts.
Days passed suddenly on one day police picked my second son Gulam Rabbani an MCA student on 31st of October 2005 from my home saying that they have some work with him. They kept him on illegal detention for five days and forcefully offered saying “If you confess that you and your elder brother are involved in terrorist activities we will pay you 5 lack rupees and provide visa of any country so that you can go and stay there.” For this he denied.
During this I approached to Honorable High court by filling Habeas Corpus Petition against illegal detention of my second son Gulam Rabbani by police. Honorable High Court Intervened to the matter by directing the police to produce Gulam Rabbani. Then at the time Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rajiv Trivedi brutally torched Rabbani saying that “Why did your Father approached High Court? What does he think of me? He Did not know who I am?” He declared the arrest of my son charging him of supporting anti-national activities. Rajiv Trivedi before presenting my son Rabbani to the court said “Sale ab tum logoun to koun bachayega dekhunga”.
While Rabbani my second so was in illegal detention one Inspector of Police Shivaramakrishna said to him that “Your brother Gulam Yezdani was innocent and was not involved in any case previously, when he was arrested we intentional booked him in that case and that was that biggest blunder we made in our life. And now due to his absence here all of our officers are worried that he may take revenge against us, and so we have to think a lot about him.”
Suddenly on 4th January 2006 Rajiv Trivedi Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) called me at his office sending his subordinates to my home. I was on duty serving to the government but I was forced to leave duty in between and come as its an order of ACP. I went to ACP office along with my second son Rabbani where media persons were also present. He called me there with full plan of mentally torturing me. I was not aware of his plan, I was kept under darkness. He told me “You should produce your son Gulam Yezdani before me else his absence can also lead in to his encounter death.”
Suddenly in first week of February 2006 Mr. Rajiv Trivedi ACP (Crime) called me on my mobile phone, and enquired me about my eldest son Gulam Yezdani’s identification marks, his color, age, height etc.. He asked me that KYA AAP KA LADKA RUK RUK KAR BAATH KARTA HAI” I replied yes, then he said “MUSTAFA JI AAP EK KAAM KIJIYE APNE LADKE GULAM YEZDANI KE BARE MEIN BHOOLJAYE AAP APNE DOOSRE LADKOUN KE BARE MEIN SHRADHA DEEGIYE”.
These all were the indications of the pre planned police strategy to kill my eldest son Gulam Yezdani.
Suddenly on early hours 8th March 2006 I was shocked to listen the news of my son Gulam Yezdani was killed in the name of Encounter with the Delhi police special cell on outskirts of New Delhi.
When I called up ACP (Crime) Rajiv Trivedi and enquired about the killing of my son Gulam Yezdani he changed his voice and took it easily and did not speak to me. By this I recognized that this all happened under his supervision.
As the NEWS of my son’s Encounter spread like a smoke all over the country, all the media rushed at my home. But none of the police officers contacted me. After two days an Inspector of Police Golkonda came to my home with a letter to officially inform me about killing of my son Gulam Yezdani and instructed me to contact DG of New Delhi Karnal Singh. Accordingly I contacted him and informed him that I would like to bring the dead body of my son to Hyderabad and perform last rites. He refused saying that I cannot permit you for this, you could perform the last rites here in Delhi itself. For this approached Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee India and under their supervision they took me to Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh and kept all of my Grief in front of it considering it Honorable High Court directed all the responsible parties (i.e.)
State Government of Andhra Pradesh
Police Department of Andhra Pradesh
Police Department Delhi, to assist me bring my son Gulam Yezdani’s dead body to Hyderabad and perform last rites. But when I reached Delhi the police again played dramatic role and intentionally delayed in handing over the dead body. After intervention of Hyderabad Member of Parliament Mr. Asadudding Owaisi after one week I succeed in getting the dead body to Hyderabad.
