Consumption of alcohol, tobacco or any intoxicant
is strictly prohibited within Venue areas. Any flammable liquids, knives and explosives of
any kind are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Any other item if deemed
unsafe will be prohibited. All students are required to carry their ID cards
at all times. Students should produce their ID cards at entry and for
registration of events. Display of violence in any form is forbidden. It
will lead to disqualification of the college and its expulsion from venue by
security personnel. Use of water and fire on stage is not allowed. Any form of vulgarity and obscenity on or off
stage will lead to disqualification. Decisions of the Organizing committee will be
final and binding on all parties.
NOTE
Early Bird -25 points
will be awarded to the first college to report first to the venue with 50
students on both days. (Event will start at 9 a.m. on both days) Mass effect- 25 points
will be awarded to the college with 100+ individual student registrations on
both days.
Event Rules
The time limit includes the set up time.
Exceeding time limit for any particular event will lead to deduction in points. Exceeding the number of participants will be
enforced. Violation of any other rules will be penalized appropriately
by the organizers. Decisions taken by the judges will be final and
binding.
