COGGINS REMINDER

At all GC 4-H shows, negative coggins tests are good for two years.  If yours expires during the show season, you will need to provide a new copy.

Open Hunter Series

The Gloucester County 4-H Open Hunter Series features three competitive open horse shows for the English riding enthusiast - from leadline to the advanced rider.  Year-end awards for participants and trainers (see show program for details).  Shows are held at our 4-H Fairgounds located at 275 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ. 
 
Pre-registration is encouraged (entry must be completed two days prior to show date).  All registration fees and proof of negative coggins are due prior to showing in classes (show office opens at 7 a.m.).

·   Hunter Show Entry Form  - This file contains interactive fields that can be filled out on-line and printed for registration the day of  
   show.  One horse/rider entry per form.
 
To pre-register multiple horse/rider entries, email tsuydam@co.gloucester.nj.us with the following for each:
Rider names / Names of Horses/Ponies / Rider Ages as of Jan 1 / Date of Show / Class name(s) & number(s)  
 
 
Year-End Awards:
 
·   Show points for the series are accumulated by the number of exhibitors in a class and the placing.
·  Accumulated points per horse/rider combination are used to determine the results for an annual awards banquet.
·  Exhibitors must participate in 2 out of 3 shows (per class) for points to be awarded.
·  Year-end class prizes will be awarded for all classes that have 3 or more exhibitors that met the participation requirements.

Fees:

Class Fee: $9 per class

Stall Fee:  $5 per stall 

M&S Classes:  $25 per class 

Camping Fee:  $20 per camper*

Children's / Low Adult Eq, Junior Eq, Low Green Hunter, Walk-Trot Eq, Short Stirrup Eq, Beginner Rider, English Pleasure
