The Global Platform El Salvador is a learning and skills center for international volunteers, development workers and alternative tourists. It provides an entry point for understanding the Latin American region, focusing on context, culture and language.

Introduction to Latin American Society
We have specialized in introducing groups and individuals to the dynamic reality of Latin America. During their stay at the Global Platform the participants will learn experientially about development and culture in a format that best fits their interests and knowledge base.

How You Learn
El Salvador is our class room and during your stay at the Platform we combine diverse and complementary activities to maximize learning. Through formal lectures, group discussions, personal reflection, community visits, intercultural exchange, and hands-on project work you build your skills and understanding. Opportunities for alternative tourism activities are also offered to participants.
