Encore Facility Management was created in 2006 to manage the company's multi-purpose facilities. Encore is a turnkey facility management concept that provides a full complement of operational services, including sales, marketing, ticketing, finance, event booking, and food and beverage service in addition to an in-house promotion company. Encore Facility Management offers facility management of event centers developed and constructed by its sister companies, Global Properties I and International Coliseums Company (ICC), respectively, or through contract agreements to serve as the authorized agent to manage and promote independent facilities, offering governments and municipalities, universities, and sports teams an effective and proven alternative of private-sector industry professionals to operate their facilities. While Encore's core function is facility management, it also offers management and marketing consulting services for public and private sector facilities - arenas, civic centers, convocation centers, convention centers, expo centers, stadiums, ice rinks, equestrian centers, and theatres. Encore's services span pre-opening, grand opening, and day-to-day operations, applying successful business practices to building operations that maximize productivity and develop new revenue streams in addition to providing patrons a satisfying experience in a first-class venue that ensures their return to a valued community asset. In October of 2005, the Chevrolet Centre in Youngstown, Ohio opened under the management of Encore, followed by the fall, 2006 openings of two more Encore-managed buildings, the Santa Ana Star Center (Rio Rancho, New Mexico) and Tim's Toyota Center (Prescott Valley, Arizona). Additionally, Encore manages Global's newly opened facility in Wenatchee, Washington (Town Toyota Center), and will manage Global’s newest projects being built in Allen Texas; Independence, Missouri; and Dodge City, Kansas (Dodge City Events Center).
