Central Hockey League

The Central Hockey League celebrates its 17th season of play in 2008-2009 continuing to build on a tradition of outstanding competition and entertainment first established in the early 90’s. In the CHL’s first four seasons of play, the CHL had the unique distinction of centralized ownership. Now, all of the CHL’s current 16 member clubs are operated independently.Arguably the most significant change over the past 16 years came in May of 2001, as the Central and Western Professional Hockey Leagues joined forces at a press conference in Oklahoma City that combined the top markets within both organizations under the CHL banner. The merger has been highly successful, with the CHL reaching several significant attendance marks in each season since. In the 2007-2008 campaign, more than 2.3 million people walked through the gates at games in the CHL. In six of the past seven seasons, the CHL has led all “AA” professional hockey leagues in average attendance. The CHL welcomes the Rapid City Rush this season as the lone expansion franchise. They will play in the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Arena and will play their first home game on November 29th. In 2009, the CHL will welcome two more expansion teams, one in Allen, Texas and the other in Independence, Missouri.

International Coliseums Company

ICC expanded its operations during 2005. There were two completions of multi-purpose events centers in 2006 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and for Prescott Valley in the Company's home state of Arizona. The event center in Wenatchee, WA, Town Toyota Center, opened in Fall of 2008. Two new projects are currently under way in Allen, TX and Independence, MO, these projects are scheduled to open in Fall of 2009. Another project in Dodge City, KS is projected to start in Spring of 2009. Control is maintained over the multi-million dollar developments with a manager assigned to each location during the construction phase.

Global Entertainment Marketing Systems

GEMS is focused on marketing and sales of Contractually Obligated Income (COI) during the development and construction stage of our centers.
