Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
To register, please print and complete the registration form with a cheque payable to Glens Tennis Club and mail to:

    You will be contacted when your membership key and tags are ready for pickup. Please also include your email address on the registration form as this is our primary communication method. Registration forms received prior to or on April 11th, 2012 will qualify for the early-bird membership fee.
 
Guests
 
Daily fee ($4.00 for adults, $3.00 for juniors 18 and under ) and weekly fee ($10.00) set by the City of Ottawa for guests (non-members) applies.
 
All guest players are required to complete and sign a club registration form (for club waiver). Guest tags may be obtained by contacting any of the following numbers :

Guest tags may also be requested by sending an email to glenstennisclub@gmail.com at least 3 days prior to the day of play.
