I think the JBI ones belong under deploy (vs. install).

We might be able to eliminate the "Create" menu. We could require them to goto "Edit", then create from there. Delete and other actions must be done that way. I think "Deploy" is worth keeping, though...

Not sure if we should have the View menu or not... it might be nice to have to toggle optional helper features of the ui (site map, CLI window, dock bar, etc.). Probably best to keep it and remove it if it looks like it's in the way...
