Youth Leaders In addition to planning each year's Klondike Derby, the Youth Leader Roundtable extends the idea of a youth run troop or crew into the district level. It is also a forum for youth leaders to help one another, exchange ideas, and build friendships beyond their individual troops and crews. If possible, each unit should send two representatives, one "senior', the other "junior". This helps ensure unit representation even if only one can make it. In addition, as the "junior" representative becomes the "senior" the next year, it provides a year-to-year continuity.
