If you have a BSA ID number, make sure it is listed in your account profile.  This ensures all training you complete on-line will be properly credited to you.  To access your profile, log in and select "Update my Profile" from the list on the left side bar.

 

All new leader orientation training is available on line.  Youth Protection, This is Scouting, and all Fast Start modules are available at www.myscouting.org.  If you already have an account, sign in with your user name and password.  If you do not have an account, please click the "Create Account" button to proceed.  You do not have to have a BSA ID number to take the courses. 

 

All Cub Scout Leader Specific Training is available on line, also at www.myscouting.org.  Completing the on-line version earns you the same credit as completing a live training session.  The live sessions will still be conducted once a quarter and as requested by a unit.

 

All Boy Scout Leader Specific Training and Troop Committee Challenge is conducted only in live training sessions.  These will be scheduled once a quarter and as requested by a unit.

 

Also available on line are several supplemental courses, including Weather Hazards, Safe Swim Defense, Safety Afloat, and Trek Safely.  Please check them out at www.myscouting.org.

 

Certain courses, such as BALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation), Outdoor Leader Skills, and Leave No Trace will only be taught in live sessions.  These will be added to training schedules as they are announced.
