Donation Procedures

Step 1- Check this spreadsheet to see if you are signed up to call for an item.  Even if you did not sign up, it is possible that you were delegated an item.  ***This spreadsheet will be updated weekly so you can see new items and obtained items.***
 
Step 2- Review this checklist before you make the call.  This will help you with your conversation.
 
Step 3- Print out the Donation Receipt and Permission Form.  Even if you are only calling, you should have it ready.  This needs to be filled out and signed by the donor.  Some of this information can be filled out by you for the donor ahead of time. 
 
Step 4- E-mail gjrotaract@gmail.com (with the subject line as "Donation") and include the following information:

            This information will be entered into the Bid Sheet Form and the Thank You Form - so please be sure that the information
            is accurate.  Please also send information for those who do NOT want to be contacted for future reference.
