At the gates of the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche, this independant gite of France is located in the village of Nozières, a real balcony offering a panoramic view over the chain of the Alps and the valley of the Doux, at an altitude of 920m.
The fully enclosed garden of 800m² faces this landscape.
Enjoy the outbreaks in the fireplace, the stillness of this small village and the view over the intact surrounding nature.

On the spot : numerous hiking trails starting from the house, horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, bowling, ideal roads for cycling. A famous international cycling course "l'ardèchoise" crosses the village as well as a trail "l'Ardèchois".
A 9kms : in the river Doux, bathing in natural pools, fishing (including "no kill") in pure waters of the Doux and its tributaries the Sumène, the Condoie and the Grozon.
