The « Gîtes de France » label is a guarantee of quality. Our «3 épis » rating is the sign of high quality comfort and services. The house was entirely restored in 2007 and now comes with all the modern comforts : central heating, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, possibility to eat outside.
A large outbuilding (not heated), makes a sheltered place to have the children play, or to store luggage and other equipment. A large garage and other parking spaces are available (see "rooms and house plan").
You will enjoy the peace of a lovely hamlet in Côte-d'Or, surrounded by the countryside, and you will have many trails at your disposal for bicycling or strolling. There are many interesting places to go in the area, including the battle of Alésia site.

The exact location of the house is: 6 rue de Corpoyer Corpoyer-les-Moines 21150 FROLOIS Be careful not to mistake the hamlet of « Corpoyer-les-Moines » for the village of « Corpoyer-la-Chapelle » which is 2 km away from there! Grocery shopping, cleaning Shops and supermarkets can be found in Venarey-Les Laumes, 15 km away from the house. There are no shops on the location. Information about pedlars, local tourism and health services are available at the house.
On arriving: The house will be heated, the fridge (with a freezer) will be on. On departing: you can either leave the house after cleaning it, or you can ask us to clean it for you (58 euros fee).
History of this house We own this beautiful house and we decided to refurbish it entirely in order to create a self-catering holiday accommodation. During renovation every care was taken to ensure that the historic building was conserved in its entirety. We hope you feel at home in this house and you enjoy your stay. On leaving, you will have to pay a tourist tax (0.60€ per night and per person above 12 years old) (See reductions and exemptions).
Other services (heating, water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent. Occupancy To guarantee the quality of your stay, « Gîtes de France » limits the accommodation facilities to 8 persons. If there are more in your party, you must have the authorization of Gîtes de France. Without this authorization, the owner may demand a further 8€ per day and per additional person (adults or children above 4 years old). Bedding You have two options: - either you rent bed linen, for 9 € per bed - or you use your own bed linen for the following beds: Bedroom 1 : 1 160 cm x 200 cm bed, with blankets Bedroom 2: 2 80 cm x 200 cm twin beds or 1 160 cm x 200 cm bed, with blankets Bedroom 3: 80 cm x 190 cm twin captain beds, with duvets Bedroom 4: 2 90 cm x 190 cm beds, with duvets « Gîtes de France » for your baby On your request, we will provide (free of charge): a bath with baby seat, a potty as well as a toilet reducer, a baby bed with a matress (draw sheet included), a changing table, a deckchair and a high chair. The microwave oven can be used to heat up the baby's bottle. |
