We, here at Palomar College, are glad that you have taken an active interest in our program.  The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Associate's Degree and certification program is committed to giving you the technical and theoretical knowledge needed to enter the workforce.  In addition to our constantly updated curriculum and state of the art GIS Lab, we are excited to announce that even more new equipment and software are being added to the program thanks to  generous support from the National Science Foundation, the American Red Cross, state officials, and the college administration.  We believe that the program will be invaluable to those who are interested in expanding their career options, or to those who are simply interested in Geography!
