As a child there are moments in which one cannot speak words that would describe emotions and thoughts, it's all about what we absorb. The environment around us places these images in our heads, and as we grow it lodges in our logic and understanding a balance of joy and fears within the social structure in which we find ourselves. In the 1960's, television came into my primordial consciousness, as well as in our society, and became what was to be a significant influence for the decades ahead.
My childhood was full of these images even though it was a black and white TV with the rabbit ears, it brought a sense of security and balance during times of strife. These are images and places that would be part of my world, in a time that was seemingly uncertain, the TV would keep things at an even keel. It was a time where we looked for Superheroes.
