Tonight we were able to purchase a selection of Guidewear and Centenary Gifts displayed in the Guidehall. These will also be available at the Sleepover
 We also toasted marshmallows over tealight candles on sticks we found outside

SLEEPLE DRIVE
To get us in the mood for the Sleepover on 20th June, we had a Sleeple Drive tonight.
Just like a Beetle Drive but we had to draw a little sleeping Beetle and we all came in Pyjamas!
The weather was fab so we all squeezed onto a ground sheet from the Camp Cupboard.

Tonight we finished our work for the following badges:
Cook, Craft, Film Lover, Communicator & Party Planner
We look forward to receiving our badges soon.
Tonight we also continued preparations for the Giant Sleepover 2009 by mixing our own special cocktails.
The winner of the cocktail competition was Hollie (below), with her Sleepover Surprise cocktail - I am told the ingredients are a secret!!!!!
We all had great fun and are ready for more preparations next week. Don't we look cool in our centenary polo shirts?

As part of our mission to change the world, we are raising funds for Save the Children by joining the Giant Sleepover 2009 on Saturday 20th June.
Save the Children are working flat-out to right the fundamental wrongs that affect children.
Too many children are still dying because they haven’t got enough food or because they can't get treatment for simple illnesses. Millions aren't getting an education and are being exploited and abused. This is not good enough. Visit the Changing the world website to find out more

On Monday 16th March we hosted an evening in aid of Comic Relief and raised £60, Well done to all!
