  • Manage multiple GIS projects and deliver products in a variety of customized mediums, including PowerPoint slides, hard-copy maps, digital images, spreadsheets, and interactive web applications.
  • Provide clients with needs assessments, project proposals, and alternative recommendations within budget constraints.
  • Supervise, support, and assign staff projects based on skills, geography, interest, and fairness.
  • Interview, hire, and train new staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • Maintain and manage software licensing and hardware installations.

  • Generated five Google Earth client applications showcased on Google Earth Outreach.
  • Worked with more than 40 organizations ranging from conservation groups to city after-school programs.
  • Supported more than 20 land trusts, creating turf maps, developing conservation plans, easement monitoring, result tracking and potential acquisition maps.
  • Developed a grant tracking system, a variety of map templates, and a data and project structure for several multi-year, multi-million-dollar regranting programs.
