The CPLEX R&D team is seeking an intern for Summer 2009. We are looking for a talented PhD student to work with us on computational mixed integer programming (MIP). Responsibilities: - Research, conceive, and develop algorithms to improve CPLEX ability to solve generic MIP models. - The exact subject of the internship will be defined in accordance with the student's interests. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a PhD in operations research, computer science, or a related technical field. - Some research experience in mixed integer programming. - Good implementation skills (C, C++, or Java).
