For this tutorial you will need:

Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. You can purchase a license to use his art HERE

Font of choice
I used Refreshment Stand

The Kit is from Cinnamon Scraps called "Summer Party" Blog Tain Scrap Kit Freebie HERE

 

Open a new canvas 600 X 600  white

Copy the Summerparty_frame3 and paste as a new layer
Image>Resize 70 percent all layers unchecked.

With your magic wand tolerance 10 feather 0 click inside the frame making sure you get all the white bits between the ribbons and lettering

Selections>Modify>Expand 3
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer, Selections>Invert>Delete. Move paper layer below the frame layer.

Add your tube of choice and add a drop shadow.

Add your flowers resizing by 50 percent all layers unchecked and place them onto your canvas. Add a drop shadow of choice.

Add the balloons resizing by 60 percent all layers unchecked and add a drop shadow.

Next add the summerparty_fruits 2 resizing by 70 percent all layers unchecked and add a drop shadow.

Finally add the glitterbutterfly's 3 and 5 resize 50 percent place on your canvas and add a drop shadow.

Add your copyright and name and save as a png or jpg.
