Open a new canvas 600 X 600 white

open your supplies in psp

copy the frame from the kit and paste as a new layer on your canvas. Resize 90% all layers unchecked.

Adjust>sharpness>sharpen  Add drop shadow of choice

with your selection tool set at rectangle select around your frame.

Copy your paper1 and paste as a new layer. Selections>Invert. On your paper layer press delete. Layers>arrange >move down so your paper layer is under your frame.

Once again select around your frame with your selection tool

Add your tube as a new layer. Move your tube under the frame layer then selections>invert. On your tube layer >Delete. This will remove the parts of the tube outside of the frame.

close off your white background and merge the other layers visible.

Copy the decorated tag and resize by 50%. Paste onto your frame.Add drop shadow of choice

Copy the butterfly and resize 70% all layers unchecked. Paste onto your frame. Add drop shadow of choice

Add any other elements of choice remembering to resize, sharpen if necessary and add a drop shadow of choice.

 

Add a new layer above your white background and floodfill with colour of choice. Resize 75% all layers unchecked. Add a Gaussian Blur at 30. I then resized my blur 95%

Copy the doodlecorner resize 50% all layers unchecked.Paste onto the top left corner and move into place with the mover tool. Duplicate>Image Mirror>Duplicate >Image Flip>Duplicate>Image Mirror. With your mover tool move into place. If necessary use your pick tool to stretch the doodle to fit.

Add drop shadow of choice to your doodle layers.

Add your cr and name and save as a png.
