Scrap Kit I used is a Free Kit Called " Spring Waltz " by Fi of Fi's Fault Scraps Included in my Supplies HERE , you can visit her site HERE

Open a new canvas 600 X 600 white

Open your frame, copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. I resized mine by 100% all layers unchecked to make it slightly bigger.

With your Magic Wand Tolerance 10 Feather 0 click inside your frame. Selections>Modify>Expand 8

Copy your paper and paste as a new layer. Selections>Invert>Delete.Selections>Select None. Move the paper layer below the frame.

Add a drop shadow to the frame. Add your tube also giving that a drop shadow.

Add your elements of choice resizing and giving a drop shadow to them. Once you have placed your elements where you would like them X out the white background layer and making sure you are on a different layer Layers>Merge Visible

Making sure you are on your white background layer open a paper of choice copy and paste as a new layer. Resize 70% all layers unchecked

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 20.00
Duplicate your blur layer and on the top one Effects>Texture Effects>Texture>CanvasSimple

On that same layer Adjust >Hue and Saturation>Colourise. Hue 245  Saturation 172
