Tube of choice. I am using the Awesome artwork of Jennifer Janesko.

Open a new canvas 600 X 600 white

Copy your wrapped frame and paste as a new layer onto the canvas. Image>Resize>90% all layers unchecked.

with your selection Tool set t Rectangle select around your frame(I find this easier than the magic wand when there is a ribbon on the frame).

Paste paper of choice (I used paper2) Selections>Invert>Delete. Move your paper layer below your frame layer.

Add your tube as a new layer>Delete then move your tube below the frame. (you do not need to invert again as it is already done)

Selections>Select None. Both your paper and tube should be below the frame.

Add elements of your choice to the frame remembering to resize, sharpen and add a drop shadow.
Make sure you are on the background layer and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.

Resize 80% twice all layers unchecked then 90% once.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 20. I lowerd the opacity to 70.

Add your Bling Doodle above the blur layer. Resize then duplicate>Image>Mirror . Move into place.

Add your cr and name and save as a jpg or png
