Open a new canvas 600 X 600 white

Open your supplies in psp.

Copy your frame and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Image resize 80% all layers unchecked.

Using your Selection Tool set at rectangle draw around your frame so it is selected.

resise your paper (I used paper9) by 80% all layers unchecked twice. Paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Sections>Invert>Delete and delete your paper layer to remove any excess outside of the frame.Select none. Move your paper layer under your frame layer.

Paste your tube under your frame layer but above your paper layer. Position in the frame then erase any overhanging the frame.I changed my blend mode to Luminance (L) but that it up to you.

Close off your white background and merge visible the other layers.Un X your white background.

Add any elements of choice to your frame remembering to resize and sharpen as necessary.

Choose another paper (or the same one if you prefer) and paste as a new layer above your white background. Resize 80% three times.Adjust Blur>Gaussian Blur set at 20.

Add Effects> Texture Effects>Blinds with the following settings.

Width 6
Opacity 47
Horizontal and light from left/top both ticked
Colour black

Add your doodles above your blur layer I used silver doodle. Resize 80% twice then sharpen. Duplicate>Image >Mirror>Image>Flip. Move into place then erase any parts overhanging that you may not want to show.Add a drop shadow of choice.

Add your cr and name and save as a png or jpg.
