Open a new canvas 600 X 600 white.

you will need a tube and font of your choice.

Open your supplies in psp.

Copy your frame you wish to use and paste as a new layer on your canvas.

With your selection tool set at point to point go all the way around your frame.

copy your paper of choice and paste as a new layer onto the frame. Selections>Invert>Delete. Move your paper layer beneath your frame.

Add your elements of choice remembering to resize and sharpen in necessary. Add a Drop shadow of choice to both the elements and the frame.

Add your tube erasing any parts showing below the frame and add a drop shadow of choice.

Add a new raster layer above your white background and flood fill with colour of choice. Resize 80%. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur at 30.

Add your cr and name and save as a png.
