For sale: Sailing yacht GibSea 362 (1992)

A yacht in beautiful condition: no outstanding work to be done.

Three double cabins. Spacious separate saloon with galley. Attractive head layout, with hot shower facilities.

The main sail is fully battened, with single line slab reefing, new in 2001. The original in-mast gear exists. The Genoa, new in 2006.

Currently berthed in Gelves Marina, on the river very near to Seville, Spain.

Never chartered. Private sale.

Engine new in 2001, Volvo MD2040B 40hp. Fuel capacity 130 litres. Full engine instrumentation, rev. counter with hour meter, panel hour meter, oil pressure, charging volts, water temp., exhaust temp., with failure alarms, fuel gauge. Engine hot air extractor.

Raymarine instrumentation, GPS, plotter, depth, wind speed, boat speed, and autopilot. NASA instrumentation, AIS, Weatherman, Navtex. Simrad DSC VHF, NMEA connected to plotter. Hand held Garmin GPS.

Two service batteries provide 220Ah and engine battery 80Ah. Battery charger, Mastervolt (three stage), Mastervolt Inverter 500W.

The Ocean Class liferaft, new in 2006 (4 person), Oscar MOB, horse shoe life buoy. Radar reflector. Tender with Honda outboard (2004).

Main anchor CQR 25kg with 77metres, 10mm chain on powered windlass. Windlass remote control and manual push button control.  Danforth 20kg. Stern line reel with 50m line. Wheel/rod steering. 

Large solar panels mounted on a gantry with regulated supply.

Spray hood and Bimini. 

Water heating, QL calorifier from engine or shore power.

Interior cream leather upholstery, new in 2001.

CD/radio, TV with Satellite and combi DVD/Video player.

The operational systems and domestic equipment (brand new cooker) are to a high spec.. Fridge with small freezer, Jabsco pumps and drinking water filter. Water capacity 450 litres.

Haul out and antifouling has been done every year with VC Offshore, a hard, thin film, Teflon paint.
