I am currently a fourth year Doctoral student in the I/O Psychology Program at George Mason University. In 2007, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Honors Program at the The University of Georgia, in Athens, GA. In 2009, I received a Master of Arts in I/O Psychology from George Mason University; and I'm expected to receive my Ph.D. from GMU in the Spring of 2012.
My research interests include leadership and teamwork, with a specific focus on team staffing and composition. Currently, I'm working on several projects at GMU, including the E-Coaching study with Dr. Stephen Zaccaro, and the EMOTE study with Drs. Jose Cortina and Seth Kaplan. I'm also a Research Fellow at the U.S. Army Research Institute of Behavioral and Social Sciences, where I work on issues related to Army teams with Dr. Jay Goodwin.
