Jesus said, "The poor you will always have with you." I believe this was a prophetic statement, not a declaration of necessary reality. He gave us a clear mandate to do something about the poor - teach them, heal the sick, and bring Good News to them.

 

That is what this website is all about. How can we bring Good News to poor people in such a way that they can understand it, act on it, and be transformed by it? In other words, how can we help them find the abundant life Jesus wants us all to have?

 

Multitudes of programs by many groups have attempted this over the last two centuries, yet little has changed. Transformation of life to a more abundant life has not occurred among many people groups on all continents. Why this mediocre record?
