| The CSHM Golden Hearts Club is a nonprofit, service-oriented club dedicated to helping the poor and the needy. It was founded by our moderator, Mrs. Lopez. We usually meet every Tuesday in Rm. 203 (Mrs. Lopez's room) at CSHM. As mentioned above, Mrs. Lopez is our moderator. This year's club president is Calvin Lee; the vice presidents are Kevin Chan and Lauren Yao. The full list of 2008-2009 club officers can be viewed here. Activities and Events Most of the club's activities are service-oriented. Every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, we work at the Los Angeles Mission. We escort the less-fortunate to their seats, where then they enjoy a sumptuous feast sponsored by donations. We also help out at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, where we sort out the numerous items donated by generous people. How to Join To join this club, all you need to do is fill out the membership application (also available in Mrs. Lopez's room) and attend a meeting.
