For Sprint/Nextel (1-888-567-5528)

Good Afternoon, Is this customer center for Nextel or for Sprint?

--When Connected to Your Carrier

Good afternoon,

My name is ########, and I have been a loyal customer for years with Sprint/Nextel. I have been having some connectivity issues with my cell phones, and your service simply does not match up to what T-Mobile offers with their plan. I have planned on filing a report with the FCC, and the BBB.

*Pause*

-- If she doesn't say anything that will get you out of your contract.

Also, you recently changed your text messaging rates, and according to the Sprint/Nextel contract online, "If we change a material term of the agreement, and that change has a material adverse effect on you, you may terminate the Agreement without an Early Termination Fee".

-- If they claim it does not have an adverse effect, because I am on a plan.

Well, at the time I was notified of these changes to text messaging rates, I was still on a pay-as-you-go text messaging plan, and now I am on the 300 plan, therefore, message 301 would have an adverse effect on me. Also, you are legally required to notify me of any change, but I have online invoicing, and I am never notified. It doesn't even show up in the billing inserts section.

-- If they claim that that doesn't matter.

I believe it does, but either way, I don't have a copy of my contract, I don't even know when it was signed. Can you produce a paper copy for me, and please mail it to the billing address?

-- If they can't.

Well, your terms of service say then that you cannot legally hold me to that contract. Please cancel my service immediately without me incurring an Early Termination Fee.

-- When they are canceling your service :

Since I will be moving to another cell phone provider, who will actually treat me well, I would like you to make a note on my account that I plan to port my number, and I want a waiver based on the fee change.

--If they continue to refuse all forms.
