Special Holidays We live on site with our three children. Our youngest son is autistic so we know exactly how tricky holidays can be. We have thought of what would make a great holiday for us and tried to provide that for our visitors. Accessibility – the ground floor apartment is not officially wheelchair friendly, but completely flat with wide doorways and plenty of space. The bathroom and loo are spacious, but there is not enough room for a wheelchair next to the loo, and the shower is a large cubicle and not specially adapted. Outside are grounds of approx 3000 sq m, fenced and secured. (NB: the duplex apartment opens directly into the fenced grounds, the ground floor apartment accesses the grounds through a gate approx 10 m away). Garden furniture and BBQ provided for both apartments Sand pit, swings and other outdoor toys. Paddling pool available on request. Off street parking and garage available. We also offer an evening meal service. We know from experience how difficult it can be to go to a restaurant with a special needs child. However, when you are on holiday it is meant to be a restful experience for everyone. Tell us the night before, or by 10 am and dinner will be delivered to your apartment at an agreed time (or left in the fridge with heating instructions for you to eat at your leisure). We are also happy to go shopping for you so you have some supplies when you arrive. We can also source gf/cf foods if required. Please send us a shopping list! Our prices are fully inclusive of electricity, tourist tax, bed linen, bath towels and end of stay cleaning. Please bring your own swimming towels. Meals, shopping and firewood are at extra charge.
