 Small Group Math Class Grade 3Large Group Geometry Class Grade 3  Fourth graders are busy working on a large Reader's Theater production about smugglers in Georgia in the 1800’s! Architecture has also begun as a small group experience.
Third and fourth graders continue with their six week Poetry workshops. Be on the look out for class anthologies throughout the year.
Between the February and April break enrichment staff will do a whole class first and second grade introduction to Chess. Chess tutors from the fifth and sixth grades will then go into first and second grade classrooms to play students in the game of kings.
Whole class geometry is or has taken place in all the third grades.
Junior Great Books, Math Problem Solving, and Reader’s Theater experiences are ongoing throughout grades one and two.
Enrichment continues to work with Kindergartners on using large movement activities to cement learning in literature and math.
