Why Do I Want To Run For 2^nd Vice President?

Having a successful entrepreneurial career and achieving a measure of economic independence I have decided the time has come to shift more of my time and energy to the Toastmasters mission and further extending what it can do for our members.

My two years on the TI Board (2006-2008) gave me an unparalleled opportunity to witness an excellent example of organizational governance.  In that time at the critical juncture of Toastmaster International's history I had also the rare honor and privilege of participating in the deliberation and crafting of Proposal A. The passing of this Proposal at the August Convention of 2009 marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Toastmasters.  I am motivated to engage its implementation am therefore choosing this time to declare my candidacy to for the 2^nd Vice Presidency.
