This six weeks we will be covering the Civil War and Reconstruction.
The 6 weeks project will be their project in Tech over the President's.
The Honor's Project is over Civil War images.
We will be reviewing over TAKS up until 5/01/09 which is their SSTAKS test.
The students will be getting lots of material between now and then that they should be taking home and studying.
We will be covering Reconstruction the final two weeks of school.
They will have a final exam May 19th. The majority will be over Civil War , Reconstruction. The otehr 50% will be over 2nd sem. material.
I do want to say that I think all of the students have come so VERY FAR. They will make wonderful additions to any High school they attend.
Thank you for letting me have the privilege of teaching your children. I know that they have become better US citizens and have a much better undersatnding of this great country that we live in.
