General Pancho’s brings to you the real taste of Mexico with QUALITY and  FRESHNESS. We combine the quality of imported Mexican chilies and spices with fresh ORGANICALLY grown vegetables  grown on our farm in TaiTung. From home made tortillas to home grown chilis our food is best, prepared carefully  using traditional cooking techniques that brings out the best of flovors.

         For our customers, we always look for the best in terms of the food we buy; making choices that are better for our customers, better for the farmers who raise the animals and grow the produce and for the environment.  Our commitment to FRESHNESS and QUALITY involves supporting the local economy by buying local meat and growing our own vegetables rather than imported goods whenever we can.  We use never use MSG or chemical preservatives.

          Here at Pancho’s we make ALL our own sauces from only the BEST INGREDIENTS. We use fresh roasted tomatoes for our enchilada sauce, fresh chili peppers in our salsa, olive oil in our salad dressings, German chocolate for the brownies, free run chickens for our chicken broth, and so much more.

        Authentic Mexican food is always served on fresh HANDMADE TORTILLAS. At Pancho’s we hand make our flour  and corn tortillas daily.  Chicken is delivered fresh every day,  then cooked tender and crispy on a vertical rotisserie as done traditionally in Mexico. These methods distinguish us from the rest and ensure that our Mexican food is the best.

        General Pancho’s was born in 2004 as a simple stand on the Kenting strip. Erika and I started by selling Burritos on the warm busy summer nights. For three summers we sold chicken burritos from our blue bicycle cart . Now Serving a variety of Mexican dishes we enjoy our small success and our popularity keeps growing. Now after years of moving locations,  growing and always improving we can with confidence that our Mexican restaurant  was not only the first  is the best around !

        It is our promise to continually bring you the best in both taste and quality, combined with fresh local produce in a unique Mexican Style!!
