Genealogy Sunshine Coast is a not for profit organisation and is funded from membership fees and fundraising activities conducted by members. Additional funds are raised through applications for grant funding from various sources. Donations from members also provide valuable resources for our growing collection of resources. Our premises are air-conditioned and equipped with fully networked computers, microfiche readers, scanners, printers and mono and colour photocopiers. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP $30 Single membership $40 Family membership A joining fee of $5.00 per person applies for the first year of joining to cover administration costs. This fee is repayable if membership lapses for 3 months or more. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP A temporary membership of $15.00 is available to bona fide visitors to the Sunshine Coast. ENTRY FEE: Financial members : $2.00 for use of library facilities for research Visitors: $7.00 per person per session $10.00 per couple per session INTERNET USE: $1.00 per hour . Normal library hours, please book. ANNUAL LIBRARY DONATION $20.00 per annum per member This optional donation gives members unlimited use of our high speed Internet within the normal library hours. It is very useful for many of our members who live in areas where they are unable to access broadband or have limited download capacity on their existing broadband plan.
