Terms and Conditions.

1. All therapists are responsible for keeping their insurance and memberships up-to-date.
2. All Therapist are deemed as self employed and therefore responsible for their tax returns in relations to income earned.
3. All therapists are responsible for keeping their techniques current and effective.
4. Some training will be made available (some free, some not) if you wish to take part please indicate on application form.
5. Geezone charges 20% of work allocated for administration, so therapist will receive 80% of referred or allocated work unless otherwise stated for individual treatments.
6. Probation period of 4 weeks on behalf of both parties [GeeZone] and [Therapist].
7. Termination - a 4 week period must be given by both parties unless mitigating circumstances determine otherwise.
8. All therapist must notify both Agency and Client if an appointment has to be changed or canceled or if ill.
9. All therapist will be charged according to the fees stated on price-list - these should be the prices quoted to client - to keep service uniform (except during promotional periods)! If extra time is necessary (i.e late client or treatment needs more time) please make the client aware that a nominal charge will be made if they want the additional full allotted time-slot. Most treatments/services are £1 per minute - a minimum nominal fee of no less than 50p per minute should be charge.
10. Therapists and GeeZone will make clients aware that canceled appointments within 24hrs of appointed time will be charged at 50%. Therapist will receive 80% of the 50% cancellation fee. Deposits will be non-refundable on missed or less than 24 hr cancellation.
    
11. GeeZone will endeavour to keep you in work but of course there can be no guarantees, as it will be dependent on the areas in which you work and whether therapist is will to travel.
