The Boy Scout Troop 13 of Newcastle California has adopted the motto: "All Weather All Terrain". We are best known as the "backpacking" troop.
We try to do at least one activity a month and a fifty mile backpacking trip during the summer. The route for the fifty miler changes from year to year. Our troop has completed at least one 50 miler every year since 1994.
