Bear Grylls will be in South Africa on the 10^th February 2012. He is in South Africa for 1 day only.  There are 2 functions available.  The first is a corporate function and the second a family night out.  Attached are the booking forms.  Gauteng Scouting has requested complementary tickets for the evening function and should these materialise, Brendon will decide on the allocation of these tickets.

I have spoken to the organiser who advises me that they are expecting around 3000 people to attend the evening event. They currently have about 900 bookings.   They will be doing advertising on Highveld next week and then expect to sell out the tickets.  Therefore if you wish to make a booking, please do so urgently.

We have requested the organisers to allocate seats or an area to Scouting if we have sufficient numbers.  Therefore when you make your booking, please indicate it is for Scouts and please send me a copy of your booking.  This will hopefully give us some leverage with the organisers.

It will be great if Scouting can book a lot of seats and all Scouts and Scouters attend in uniform.
