With almost a decade of experience with Customer Relationship Management, Dan has turned this knowledge towards the specialty coffee industry, with a patent-pending on a coffee concept that will allow customers to hone in on their ideal cup of coffee and, once having designed it, enable them to store their personalized formula and reorder it, with machine precision and speed. Dan refers to his philosophy as "Pandering to the Individual", acknowledging that there is no "good food" or "bad food", just food that one likes or dislikes, based on variety of genetic, environmental, cultural, parental and countless other factors. Dan has researched his coffee concept from an interdisciplinary approach, embracing economics, statistics, food psychology, marketing, industrial engineering, happiness studies and choice psychology to inform his designs and writings. |
