Due to the lack of United States FDA approval and certain possible health code violations (which are considered completely safe in Europe, but not in the US), all users of the Gastromatic are asked to sign the waiver and consent form. This is really for our protection, but you don't have to worry too much. We are striving to make the Gastromatic safe and enjoyable. Our current health rating of a C- is due to a miss-understanding. We hope to have that raised to a solid B soon. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. You can download the waiver document and have it completed before arriving at the site of use. Please have the document notarized and submit a blood DNA sample at the time of arriving on site. You should eat at least 2 hours before using the Gastromatic. Eating on an empty stomach is not advised. Plenty, actually, copious amounts of wine should be consumed with the food dispensed from the Gastromatic to kill any live bacteria.
