Edu.glogster is currently blocked from GCS as we talk to their administrators about eliminating one link from the site. Glogster is a completely web-based way to create digital content. I hestitate to call it digital storytelling, per se, because the product is much more like a digital poster. In a very easy to use interface, students can attach content to a poster much like an actual one. However, in this case, students can also embded videos, podcasts, music and effects.
 The edu account allows teachers to control the logins of a number of students easier than just about any site I have seen. Teachers can monitor their students' content and organize group creations. Since Glogsters products are interactive posters, users can avoid the time-consuming issues of timing and larger products. Glogster is great for a shorter assignment. |
