Run Your Car on Water - Is it Possible or a scam? Well that dependent on what you expect to get! A car will not run only on water, this technology does not exist - at least not for your car. You can see "electrolysis" at work by taking A 9V battery and put it in a glass of water. The little bubbles you see are oxygen and hydrogen gas, though there are much efficient ways to make hydrogen from water through electrolysis.
My experience on fuel reduced using hydrogen gas generator: I have an Honda civic 98 automatic (old I know) and I wasn't satisfied from the fuel consumption.
