Gary Walker was honored in 2005 with his induction into the American Cutting Horse Association Riders Hall of Fame.

Gary Walker holds a Judges card in the American Cutting Horse Association and is a 4A Judge in the National Cutting Horse Association. He served as a Director on the Executive Board of the American Cutting Horse Association for six years, Vice President of the American Mid-Tex Cutting Association for eight years and a Director of Ark-La-Tex Cutting Horse Association for three years. Walker is also a Cutting Horse Clinician with Purina Mills, Inc.

Gary Walker, is an accomplished cutter in the American cutting Horse Association and the National Cutting Horse Association with arena earnings of $200,000.00.
