We love to have our parents get involved at Garr Christian Academy. If there is a school event or function coming up, please sign up to help. Do not wait for someone to call you. This is not a draft but a volunteer army for our children!
There are several ways to find out what's needed at Garr:
- Come to our PTO meetings when they are announced
- Check back on these PTO website pages for updates
- Check your child's binder for notes from the teacher or room mom as to what's needed
- Look in the school's weekly newsletter for events you can attend, fundraisers, or needed volunteers.
- Call your child's room mom and ask!
- Contact the P.A.C. and see if they are in current need of your particular field(s) of interest. These are advisory roles and they may very well need your expertise to answer questions! (Marketing, landscaping, building trades, graphic design, etc..) Sharing what you know with them leads to better decision making for the school and ultimately lower tuition!

We can not be a great school if parents do not get invovled! We value each and every moment that you spend here at Garr to improve our school. No matter what your talent, interest, or available time, we have a place for you to help out. We are truly a better school because of YOU.
