Welcome to my home page. You may have been directed here by searching for my name (Giuseppe Andrea Paleologo, aka gappy) on some search engine.    Some sites of interest: I saved the transcript of a talk by Richard Hamming, "You and your research". I believe it makes great reading for everyone. My bookmarks on del.icio.us; My professional profile on Linkedin; News I read and that found interesting on google reader; The occasional review on Amazon of some book or album I liked or sometimes I didn't. You can see I was a furious reviewer a long time ago. During my 3rd year PhD blues, I was in the top 250 Amazon Reviewers. Embarrassing. I also enjoy making a fool of myself on twitter. Note that I don't have a Facebook page, because I like to keep my personal information strictly private.
